My name is Alex! I’m a writer, a yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner and intuitively tapped in translator of the Universe. My gift in this life is that I can feel everything. I can sort through all of it. I can make it make sense — like on a super subtle and energetic level. I read between the lines and see things down to their heart. And then, I translate them into something that makes sense for you too.
I channel my interests and gifts into this platform via personal essays, intuitively guided advice, curations that come from my exploration of motherhood, yoga-based classes, wisdom, and content, plus so much more. My greatest hope is that the things I share inspire and uplift you, help you sort through your own shadows, and provide you with support as you navigate the messy, confusing, complicated, and uncertain parts of life.
